This cake is quick and easy and wonderfully moist. It is baked in an ice cream bakkie.
INGREDIENTS:
250mls flour
37,5mls cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
20mls baking powder
50mls oil
250mls caster sugar
250mls hot water
5mls vanilla
Spray ice cream bakkie.
METHOD:
Mix cocoa, water and vanilla
Add eggs and oil
Add wet to dry
Whisk for one minute
Cook on high for 7 minutes.
