(Quickly before they go out of season)
INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe Avocados
4/6 anchovies
8 olives
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Juice of one lemon
salt
METHOD:
Cut up Avocados into small pieces. Chop up anchovies. Remove pips from olives and slice.
Mix oil and lemon juice and pour over salad.
Serve.
