STAGE 3 REQUIREMENTS
- Telephonic
screening pre-booking.
- Arrive at your
appointment alone. Spouse/family should wait in the car, unless they are a
parent/guardian.
- Please travel
directly to your appointment and avoid contact during travel.
- Both Chiro and patient
need to wear masks. If you do not have one, we will supply one at extra
cost.
- On arrival,
temperature will be taken with an infrared gauge.
- We require extra
time between patients to sanitize thoroughly. Please arrive on time, wear
fresh/clean clothing and bring your own pen.
We will email you a travel document/permit upon
booking.
