Lyn's Recipe - Microwave Chocolate Cake

This cake is quick and easy and wonderfully moist.  It is baked in an ice cream bakkie.


250mls flour
37,5mls cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
20mls baking powder
50mls oil
250mls caster sugar
250mls hot water
5mls vanilla

Spray ice cream bakkie.

Mix cocoa, water and vanilla
Add eggs and oil
Add wet to dry
Whisk for one minute

Cook on high for 7 minutes.
